Phosphating Process Overview

• Guard railings to separate personnel from the transporter operating area

• Protective blocks and travel-control devices to prevent the transporter from leaving the rails

• Safety ropes connected to the emergency braking system along both sides of the line

6. Automatic Barrel Handling

The operator loads the workpieces into the barrel, closes the barrel lid and selects the required process program. The transporter automatically moves to the loading station, lifts the barrel and transfers it through the required treatment tanks according to the programmed sequence.

After the final treatment, the system detects whether the unloading station is available. The transporter then places the processed barrel at the unloading position, where the operator can remove the barrel and unload the finished workpieces.

7. Process Data and Equipment Design
